After running and selling a chain of regional estate agencies, Nigel Bishop (pictured top left) founded Recoco (an abbreviation of Relocation Coast & Country) in 1999.

Recognising the difficulties inherent in making large property purchases in coastal and country locations, Recoco’s aim is to provide a highly personal property finding and buying service which guides buyers throughout the whole property buying process with local property experts who work solely on your behalf.
