Sugar-% thsp Salt- top Chicken powder- Ve tbsp Mx together and sprirkle over the squid once fried to season it welt How to Cook This is surprisingly easy to makue, Prep the squis seasoning first, thien the batter before starting on your squid Step 1 Placo all the squid seasoning ingredionts into a bowl and mix. Self-raising flour 100g Water Salt- a pinch Sugar-a pinch Vegetable ol t tsp Make nice and fluffy batter with above ingredients Step 3 Now to got started on your squt Put the ol in a frying pan over a high heat. Cover the squid in the batter and then rol in the flour when the Oa is hot (not quite smoking but almiost) carefully place n Squid: 500m vegetable/groundnut oil to come atout,cm1%inch up in a hng pan) 500g fresh squid, siced or cut into rings ask your fishmonger to propare it for you 2 thsp self-raising flour tbsp slced red ch fremoive tho seeds it you don't e heat) 1 tbsp sliced spring onion Srracha sauce :· the hot Oil and cook until golden.
